How to recover your missing emails. Get recently lost or deleted emails back using the Missing Mail Restore feature. Complete a restore request form, and we’ll do the rest. Before you ask us to restore your messages, keep in mind: We can only restore emails from the past 7 days. You can’t cancel a restore request.

The web version offers a straightforward way to restore Outlook emails: Login to your account and go to the Deleted Items folder. You can find it listed in the left pane under Folders. Find the deleted message you would like to recover. Right-click on the message and choose Restore or Move to folder.
To do this: Open Gmail and pull down the hidden side menu by clicking on the top three menu lines. Scroll down to the Trash menu and go there.
